Great for hummus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the Braun EasyPrep Food Processor to make hummus. Super easy and fast to use. I just had to add the ingredients and use the pre set button to make the hummus. It also works great to shop onions fast without the need of a knife.

Makes cooking easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was time to upgrade my mini chopper and this fits the bill. It’s Amazing. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and does alll sorts of cool tricks. It shredded a brick of cheese in 2 seconds, boom like that it was gone. Awesome for mixing things together, dicing it down to manageable pieces. Awesome appliance!

It has a 550 W motor and a large bowl with an 8 cup capacity, It has four buttons in the center of the base and a precision stainless steel knife blade that will chop through just about any desired food item with ease. It also blends, mixes, and has purée function. There's also a medium, reversible slicing and shredding disc included. Also included in the package is a flexible spatula and a pusher to assist with pushing down the ingredients without getting your fingers anywhere near the sharp blade. This food processor is ideal for anyone who takes food prep seriously. You can crush ice, make bread crumbs, grind nut flours, create flavored salts and much, much more! I love how easy it is to use, this is a fabulous household tool that comes with everything you need to get started!

Excellent Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek and well built was my initial impression of this processor. The unit itself is very easy to use and put together. There aren’t many buttons so using this is a snap. The two blades that come with the decide are extremely sharp so beware when unboxing. We shredding some potatoes and made homemade hash browns. So easy to use and clean! The end result was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good food processor.
