Versatile Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun 8 Cup Food Processor has a powerful, compact design. It has a 550 W motor and a large bowl with an 8 cup capacity, It has four buttons in the center of the base and a precision stainless steel knife blade that will chop through just about any desired food item with ease. It also blends, mixes, and has purée function. There's also a medium, reversible slicing and shredding disc included. Also included in the package is a flexible spatula and a pusher to assist with pushing down the ingredients without getting your fingers anywhere near the sharp blade. This food processor is ideal for anyone who takes food prep seriously. You can crush ice, make bread crumbs, grind nut flours, create flavored salts and much, much more! I love how easy it is to use, this is a fabulous household tool that comes with everything you need to get started!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8 cup food processor is great multiple attachments for slicing grating blending and pureeing this will help you accomplish your food goal desire no more crying over onions just drop them in and chop them up sliced potatoes for au gratin drop em in and slice them this is definitely a chore saver strong powerful and feels well made would highly recommend!

Perfect size, robust and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 12 cup prior to this and it was just a little too big. This 8 cup is perfect. Not too big and not too small. It packs the same amount of punch to make the toughest marinades and mixes. You can make a small batch for your family and still bug enough to entertain. It’s easy to use and clean. Twists into place and is secured well. It’s durable and the handle provides a good grip even if your hands are a little wet from the kitchen.

Great food processor highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash and dry by hand. I made sweet potato bread in it this morning. The recipe is no yeast/no white flour. I have made this before, but not using a food processor. This made it so easy. Riced my sweet potatoes. I cut them into chunks, put them in the bowl and blended them first and then added the other ingredients.
All the attachments are very user friendly and a breeze to wash. No hidden places for food to lodge and hide and that is important. The storage container is really nice and keeps the blades safe and sound. I can store it on its side right next to the processor so it leaves a small footprint.
The only thing worth mentioning (and this is only if you are cooking for a large family) the machine is only 8 cup capacity. For me it isn't a problem, but if you are a bake-a-hollc, this may make a difference to you. All and all, very happy with it. It has some heft to it, but you don't need a forklift to move it around. The one my mother had years ago was so heavy I never used it.
This is the first food processor I've bought for myself. I'm a line cook so I would think the low setting and the high setting would perform vastly different than each other. Hopefully the low setting would act like the "on" setting in a commercial robotcoupe food processor. This food processor is easy to use, it has many features, you can use for different things. Chopping, slicing, etc. It is a good value for the money. I use it in a canning process to help speed things along. Big help.
Let me tell you what... this thing could fly if you asked it to. The low setting is so fast that it could almost be a blender on ten. The high setting... the high setting will pulverize anything you can think of.
Obvioulsy it won't be smooth but, it will definitely destroy it. So with all that said I think it’s a great good processor and works very well and should work very well for any job that you intend it to do !
