Looks great and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks great on the kitchen counter. It has 2 blades and chops the food really well. Runs really fast without much noise. It has an attachment to prepare mayo at home. I tried it and it works well. I may need to tweak the recipe though. It doesn't take too much counter space also and its easy to clean.

Easy to use food chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice food chopper for chopping or blending lots of different food items. It is easy to assemble and unassembled for storage. Plug it in, put your item or items you want to chop/blend in the food cup, then push down on the top pulsator and it will chop coarsely or fine, or blend into a liquid if desired. I have made shaved ice cups, chopped carrots for my carrot cake and will make some salsa in it this weekend. It can do many types of food, up to 4 cups at a time. It cleans up easy with soap and water,but careful not to get the motor wet. This wild omelette in handy for smoothies or chopping veggies from my garden.

Better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my fair share of choppers in my life and they all claim to be strong and use it once and they fall apart. That was my expectation going into getting this Braun 4 Cup Chopper. Let me tell you, this blew my mind. It actually chopped the food. I was able to get the exact desired fineness even. I did a hard parm. cheese and it gave me a beautiful fine grate back! I love it. We now use it as a primary kitchen tool. So much better than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design, function, storage and cleaning except one thing: that plastic spinner to which the grating/julienne metal parts attach is in constant contact with food being pressed down the chute.
After gating only three carrots the plastic turned orange. So if the carrots are being picked up by the plastic, is the plastic getting into the carrots? Yeah I know the whole food container is plastic, but it's storing the shredded carrots, not grinding them.
Braun should make the plastic spinny thing out of metal. Then it would get 5 stars. I'm looking for a replacement spinner already because I like the rest of the processor. Braun should know better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple and convenient to use. It blends well and only takes less than a minute to fully blend veggies and ice. The blades are pretty sharp, so be careful when you clean it. I’ll suggest wash it right after you finish using it, otherwise might be a little difficult to remove residue. One thing that I don’t really like is the noise it makes, super loud. Other than that, good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun 4 Cup Chopper was Surprisingly powerful and quick. Really easy to use and easy to clean. Instructions inside to help guide you with which Speed to use and how long. I made fresh from scratch Guacamole and let me just say this was the quickest I ever got it done. Nice sharp blades and well made body and structured. Very easy to bring with you if needed too. I really have hard time cutting with my hands and my arm paining very quick. This just made me so happy and I love I can make more fresh dips and even use to help my main meals in more faster time. Less time cutting and more time to do other things.

A real let down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this chopper. It seemed like a good size and was pleasing to touch. I was able to use it 1 time. I wanted to process some rehydrated dates for cookies. 8oz of wet dates managed to smoke the motor completely. I had to set it outside and let it cool down before I felt comfortable throwing it away. I was afraid it would set something on fire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Braun 4 cup chopper. It’s a perfect size and easy to store. The motor is very powerful and has 2 speeds. So easy to use! Just press and hold the button. The chopper has a 4 cup container which is perfect for making homemade salsa and dips. It’s also great a chopping ice.
