Outer ctn intact but hole in side of retail ctn. Obviously opened and packaging shuffled.
Brian says as long as the item works, they will not offer return and replacement.
Buyer beware
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good chopper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I’m going to start off by saying this is a unique type of chopper. I’ve owned a few in the past and for some reason this one was the hardest for me to set up. I just couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to assemble it, I even had to have my husband help and he couldn’t figure it out either. After about 20 minutes we got it. The confusing part was that the motor is on top. I will say that I love the double blades and it does work really well. You push the top down and it starts chopping/blending. It has 2 options/speeds. The 4 cup container is spacious and does hold a good amount of veggies to chop. I have used this to mince chicken breast and it does a great job. It does it very fast and doesn’t shake uncontrollably. I’ve had choppers that feel like they’re going to explode while chopping. This Braun chopper doesn’t do that. I do really like the chopper, the only reason why I had to knock it a star is due to the complicated set up.

Powerful Chopper!!!

The Braun 4 cup chopper is a versatile tool that is needed in every kitchen for any cooking task. You can choose to either use the quad blade system or simply just remove the two blades if needed. The motor has two speeds with a nice and easy to use pulse settings. Simply press and hold the button for setting 1 and depress the button more for setting 2. The copper comes with a large 4 cup container and also a mayonnaise attachment of you prefer to make your own at home and a really cool looking spatula. Overall, a compact design with a powerful motor to make easy work of any of your kitchen food prep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design, function, storage and cleaning except one thing: that plastic spinner to which the grating/julienne metal parts attach is in constant contact with food being pressed down the chute.
After gating only three carrots the plastic turned orange. So if the carrots are being picked up by the plastic, is the plastic getting into the carrots? Yeah I know the whole food container is plastic, but it's storing the shredded carrots, not grinding them.
Braun should make the plastic spinny thing out of metal. Then it would get 5 stars. I'm looking for a replacement spinner already because I like the rest of the processor. Braun should know better.

I like the Braun EasyPrep Mini Food Processor because it is time-efficient, simple to use, and easy to clean. All the hard work is safely done for me. No more shedding tears while cutting onions or struggling to chop cooking ingredients with a blunt knife. No more accidentally cutting my fingers while chopping vegetables. This handy 4 cup mini chopper combines a compact design with a powerful motor that is relatively quiet. The versatile machine has two speeds that quickly and precisely, blend, puree, and mince ingredients. It also comes with an attachment to blend oil into homemade mayo and aioli sauce. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Braun 4 cup chopper its fantastic and it works great. It's very easy to use and I love how you can chop up to 25% more ingredients. I love the quad blade it has 4 layered stainless-steel blades for chopping up things really fast. It has two different speeds. You can chop, grind, mince, puree. you can even crush ice which is pretty awesome also comes with a mayonnaise attachment for making mayonnaise. It's one touch so you can use just one hand and do whatever you need to do to prep your ingredients. I absolutely love this thing. It's so nice to use in my kitchen and it makes my meal prep so much easier. I would highly recommend this Braun 4 cup chopper and I'm really satisfied with it. I think everyone needs this product in their kitchen when cooking.

Great little food chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little food chopper. Little in that the countertop footprint is small especially compared to the bulkier food processors. But even though it has small footprint, it can still manage 4 cups of ingredients. And it does it all: chops, purees, minces, blends, etc. The 4 (quad) blade design makes for quick and efficient work. There are only two speeds but that is sufficient for all the food preparation that we do. Great product, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 4 Cup Chopper to try out. I absolutely love it I love homemade coleslaw and this chops up all the ingredients so fine and I don't have to do any chopping. I love making snow cones with it this has come so handy
