Awesome hand blender with lots of features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had this hand blender for a few months and have been extremely impressed. Not only is it extremely easy and intuitive to use, it comes apart in a snap for easy clean up or switching between heads.
The button to control turning the blender on is in a very convenient location for when you are holding the device. It is easy to push and the stronger the pressure the faster the motor runs. The device itself is relatively quiet when running and comfortable to hold. There are two side buttons for the accessories to snap in and out. There is a cover for storage (which is also how the whisk attachment connects) as well as a beaker for blending. This also comes with a great 3 year warranty as well.
There are a few different heads included with the blender:
1. Immersion blender - This is a great immersion blender that has a bunch of subtle features that make using it fun, while still being extremely effective. As mentioned it is easy to control the speed at which you are blending depending on how much pressure you put on the control button. Additionally it has a nice feature where the more pressure you push down into the pot the blade moves up and down to give a better blending result. This works extremely well. As compared to other immersion blenders I have owned, this one has much less splatter, much quicker blending time, and a much more consistent result. There is also an included blending beaker if you want to make a smoothie or something other than blending in a pot.

2. 2-Cup Food Processor - This is perhaps my favorite part of the blender. I have used this countless times over the past few months to chop herbs or other small vegetables or nut. I have a few recipes I make on a regular basis that require 1-2 cups of a blended sauce (spicy sesame sauce for noodles, thai peanut sauce for chicken, etc). This food processor has made it so much easier to make these sauces and clean up after making them. It is so much more convenient than getting out my full size food processor, which is a hassle to clean, this assembles in seconds and cleans easily and quickly. The food processor also does a great job at evenly and finely chopping whatever you put in it. Again the speed is easily controlled by the pressure you put on the button.
3. Whisk - This is a good standard whisk which works well for beating eggs or making whipped cream. It easily attaches and detaches from the head of the blender. It has thus far held up well and has not bent or deformed in any way.
I was so happy to be able to test this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This is a device that will get good use in my kitchen for many years to come and has easily replaced my old hand blender, which has since been donated.

Never use your stand mixer again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me you grew up counting down the days until you could register for *that* stand mixer that your mom and grandmother and every self respecting woman had out on her kitchen counter. Well, I love mine, but I'm here to tell you that ever since receiving the Braun Multiquick 7 Hand Blender (thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel) I haven't touched me stand-mixer once. Braun has really thought of everything with this handheld blender. It's easy to clean, easy to store, and my absolute favorite part is that you adjust the speed with a squeeze of your hand. No more frustration that your perfect whip cream lies between settings 8 and 9. You can find your own sweet spot for each recipe and the best part is once you've achieved the perfect whip or blend you simply release pressure! No more switching hands and risking splatter all over yourself or your counters or your dog/children. This is brilliant and I love it.

Favorite new kitchen gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from the stellar Product review panel. This is not my first hand blender but it is my absolute favorite! I love how The button allows for various speeds as you press down, not just 0-60 like most of the ones on the market. It also feels better ergonomically in my hand than the others.
The attachments that come with it are super handy! Talk about the perfect pesto maker (the food processor attachment) and the perfect merengue, Dutch baby, or falcons coffee with the whisk attachment!
The whole thing is easy to clean, use, and it comes with extra features that the other ones on the market don’t!
In general, I’d recommend this product if you need a gift for someone just getting their kitchen stocked or if you want to get rid of a few bulkier appliances that this can replace (if you don’t have a large family)

Great for Whipping and Blending

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this hand blender to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall it was very similar to the other hand blender that I own. It worked really well for blending and whipping. I was able to quickly whip up some fresh whipped cream. Easily blend up smoothies, soups, or add some cookies to a milkshake. Where I had to take some point off was the chopping feature. While the chopping attachment worked really well for harder items like nuts, vegetables with higher water content like onions, ended up less chopped and more mashed into small wet pieces. It was not the time saver I was hoping for when it comes to meal prep.
That said, my main reason to use a hand blender like this is for whipping and blending. The easy hand squeeze to increase/decrease speed is smooth and simple. Blending a soup in a pot can be a bit of a gamble with splash back but with the quick release you can avoid the worst situations. This is something I can see myself using a ton in the winter for soups and even more in the summer for berries and whipped cream.

A hand blender!

The trigger control for speed based on how much pressure you use is really accurate. The various attachments are so easy to switch out. I’ve used this for spaghetti sauce and a cheesecake. The options are endless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature of this handy mixing, blending, pureeing tool is how easy the ON button [with fade operation to mix faster or slower] is to operate! Even my pinky can depress the button with no strain. This truly makes a one handed operation possible! All the pieces are easy to clean, I love this convenient hand blender most for its versatility functionality.

Powerful and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to have the least amount of kitchen gadgets on my countertops and this hand held blender is the perfect solution. It does so many different things (blend, purée, chop, etc) and yet breaks down and can be stored in a drawer. It’s surprisingly quiet and powerful so it doesn’t wake my sleeping babies. Very happy to have received this from the Stellar Product Testing Panel!
