A hand blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this hand blender as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I’m so glad I did!! This hand blender is amazing. The trigger control for speed based on how much pressure you use is really accurate. The various attachments are so easy to switch out. I’ve used this for spaghetti sauce and a cheesecake. The options are endless.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I out this set for my teen who wanted to start her kitchen collection. It does everything, chop, mixes and blends. Awesome for smoothie and making a small batch of salsa. My daughter loved used the wisk fluff up egg white to pancake butter. The immersion blender is a perfect help to making soup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Must HAVE!

This is the best product ever! Makes chopping, beating an whisking so much easier. There are only 2 people here an this is much more convient the dragging out my full size food processor for smaller meals.This product is awesome an if you are in need of 1 I definetly recommend this

Multi Tasker with Unexpected Uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love multitaskers, yes I do. I love multitaskers, how about you? And this stick blender qualities on unexpected levels. I've owned hand blenders in the past without much affection or loyalty until now. Previous experience had the motors not powerful enough or more of a single trick pony. This one changed that opinion.
I first started using the stick blender for smoothies or milkshakes (common blender uses). Not so much. It didn't seem to like hard frozen foods very well. Then I went to soups. Great! I made some chili and the blender was great for getting a good base going. Then I tried the chopping/ food processing attachment. That is where I fell in love. The attachment was easy to use and made quick work of veggies, coffee beans, and making egg shell powder (all done separately and cleaned well between uses; more on that below). The whisk attachment was great for making egg batters. Super easy!
The Braun MultiQuick 7 came with a variety of attachments including the blender, chopper, and whisk. There were other parts that I didn't use as much. Those certainly were my favorites. All the parts were easy to clean. The only parts that I didn't find to be dishwasher safe or effectively cleaned in the dishwasher were obviously the handle, the blender blade attachment, and the lid for the chopper attachment. Those parts were easy to clean by hand.
This particular unit had a nice speed control with your finger. Other blenders have simple adjustments of fast and slow. This blender has five different speeds with a tighter trigger pull. Initially, I thought how is this going to have five distinct speeds, but they are there and easy to maintain at a variety of speeds.
Thank you Steller Product Testing for providing this blender for me to try. It has become a favorite tool in our family kitchen arsenal.

Good idea, but not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and was excited to try out something with so many uses! I like the concept of this many-tools-in-one blender, but it isn't for me. There are almost TOO many pieces to keep track of. If you go with this blender, I would invest in a large basket into which you can store all of the pieces. In addition, I have a blender, food processor, hand mixer and stand mixer, so I don't necessarily need this tool to replace all of them. I realized that after using this, I mostly just want and need a hand blender to function as a hand blender. Given all of that, however, it worked incredibly well, and I did like being able to quickly whip some cream without having to pull out a hand mixer or use my bulky stand mixer (though a high powered blender will give you the same results). This might be a very handy product for people who spend a lot of time pureeing baby food!

Super Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great immersion hand blender! It's very powerful and easy to use. The blender feels sturdy and is comfortable to hold. It is not too heavy. The engine is quiet, especially considering how powerful it is. I love pureeing soups with this blender! It works much faster than any immersion hand blender I've use before.
My favorite feature is that the speed changes depending on how much you squeeze and there are no preset speed buttons. This really helps with not making a mess - you can start off slowly in the beginning and add speed as you go. There is very little splashing!
It comes with several attachments/accessories. I find the whisk and chopper very useful. The attachments are easy to take on and off. The whisk attachment does a great job making whipped cream and beating eggs. So much better than dragging out my stand mixer! The chopper has easily handled everything I've thrown its way! It grips your counter well and doesn't move as you're using it.
Everything disassembles easily for cleaning I highly recommend this immersion hand blender!

Good multipurpose tool for occasional use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Hand blender is a great multipurpose tool with a surprising amount of versatility. The hand bender with the cup is great for whipping up dressings or whipping egg whites without too much fuss or muss. The small one cup chopper attachment allows you to use the hand blender like a small food processor, great for a quick chop on a small amount of onion, peppers or anything else of a similar nature. Allows you to minimize the mess when making a quick meal in the kitchen (nothing is worse than having to pull out three different appliances for a small amount of work in a multipart recipe). The tool also has a "variable speed" function that allow you to vary the speed with the pressure of your finger on the button (no more dialing in numbers!). While useful, I find myself simply pressing full blast all the time to get it done quick! My only concern is with the plastic piece that is used to connect each attachment to the base, as I worry about it wearing out after many used. However, I have had tested the item as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel now for several months and it shows no signs of stopping! This would be a great item for a new chef or as a housewarming gift for new families.

The first thing that I noticed is that it is super light weight when compared to other hand blenders that I have used. I have used it as a food processor for chopping vegetables, as an immersion blender for making baby food and soups, and as a quick single serve smoothie maker! The easy smartspeed button is very intuitive and easy to use. It was great to be able to change the speed of the blender by just pushing one button. It is very easy to switch between the different attachments. They click on and off with ease. This is by far the most sleek and easy to use hand blender that I have ever used.
