Loved it until it didn't work as good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED my new hand blender. It was so easy to use and prepare food for my infant. Everything mashed perfectly and quickly. Easily adjusting the speed of the blender just by pushing a button as much as i needed to or pushing down with the hand blender made it so easy and convenient. I also loved that the blender did not splash at all when using it - my favorite feature. I could tell the blender had a great amount of power and I loved it. I stopped using my other hand blender immediately. Cleaning the attachment was also so easy. Just putting it under the running water got all the food out. Didn't need to scrub with anything.
The reason I gave it 4 stars was because after 3 months of use, something happened to the hand blender attachment and it has become very difficult to attach it to the handle. Also there is a burning plastic smell that is emitted when I use. So I stopped using it and went back to using my old hand blender but I miss using my Braun hand blender.
I was given this hand blender to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great handheld addition to our kitchen

This product was a huge win in our quarantined household, and I was so thrilled with it overall. This hand blender was very easy to get started with (just wash, click and plug!) and has simplified a few tasks for us recently. Previously we didn't regularly use the hand blender that we got when we were married almost 6 years ago. It had a ton of parts and settings and it was too intimidating. In contrast, the Braun Multiquick 7 Hand Blender is intuitive and not at all intimidating. And we were so glad to test it out courtesy of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The first test I tried was the new Dalgona Coffee trend, where you need to whip instant coffee and sugar together with a few tablespoons of hot water. The instructions (and my friends) advised that I would need to beat the mixture for 10-15 minutes to achieve the light, fluffy peaks that you see on Instagram and TikTok. I used the included container and achieved perfectly whipped Dalgona in just a few minutes with no mess. I just popped the whisk on and squeezed. I love the pressure-sensitive control. Want a higher speed/more power? Just squeeze the perfectly situated grip to accomplish it.
My family has also shifted from using our full-sized blender to using the hand blender for our smoothies. I was so nervous that it wouldn't handle the frozen fruit well since the instructions didn't seem to definitively indicate it was going to work. However, the Braun Multiquick 7 powered right through it and I didn't have to stop to shake things back down like I would with our full blender. This has been so helpful lately with a picky toddler who needs his fruit and veggies blended in a smoothie right now if we want him to get them at all.
I was a bit confused at first since the instructions seem to cover a more expanded selection of accessories than what is included, but it worked out in the end. It would be handy to have some sort of stand to store this in. Not a case, but something with easy access that fits the accessibility of the product itself.
This is very easy to operate with one hand. The device itself isn't that heavy, and your hand naturally wants to grip right where the Easy SmartSpeed control is. You don't have to stop or switch anything if you realize you need more or less oomph. You only have to squeeze more or less (respectively). It's very easy and completely intuitive.

Great blender

Braun multiquick 7 hand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this hand mixer from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have another hand mixer so I was eager to give this one a try. One of my favorite features was being able to customize the speed and power of the mixer. The other expensive mixer I have can't do that and always seems too fast and splashes food everywhere. I love cooking with my young son and even he was able to use this effortlessly! We've been able to use it to bake, make soups, and prepare all kinds of meals and the clean up is always a breeze. I put the attachments in the top rack of the dishwasher and they always came out perfectly clean for the next use.

Great hand blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this hand blender. It is easy, powerful, and has great accessories. I like the sculpted blend head, it seems effective at reducing splatters, although it is more difficult to clean than other hand blenders I've used. The pressure sensitive speed control button is conveniently one-handed and intuitive but I did find it difficult to control very precisely. I love the whisk attachment (very quickly whipped cream and made stiff peaks in egg whites). And the food processor attachment is very powerful, if a little small. I received this product as part of the Stellar Products Testing Panel.

Great cooking utensil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to replace an old mixer, and we enjoy using it to make everything from salsa to cake mix, pancakes, scrambled eggs, to milk shakes and mixed drinks. It is so easy to use and easier to clean.

Excellent Multi-purpose Tool!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am LOVING using the Braun MultiQuick 7 Hand Blender!!!! It has been a breeze to learn how to use. At the beginning I was worried it took up too much space in my kitchen, but the accessories are well worth it and this one tool can easily replace 3 small hand appliances I already have. The main part of it is very slender and can easily fit in a drawer!
I like how easy and mess free it is to use, as my toddler has even enjoyed helping me "push the button" to mix batter we make together. Other products sometimes have stiff buttons that you have to press at just the right angle to get it to go, or only have one or two speeds, but this one is nice because you can adjust the speed by the amount of pressure you use to press the button.
I have used the mini chopper feature to quickly chop up some fruit to make popsicles. The closed container is nice too if you need to chop onions really fine ( I made salsa with my onions) and your eyes don't water!
This is now my go-to kitchen tool whether I am using the immersion blender to mash up bananas for banana bread or liquify tomatoes for sauce. I can then easily switch to the whisk to finish mixing the batter for the banana bread. If I need to chop up nuts as well, just stick on the chopping tool, and voila! So useful and easy cleanup! The whisk isn't as sturdy as I wish it could be, but it is still super handy and works for most of my kitchen projects!
My previous immersion blender I always worried about cleaning it properly so that water wouldn't break it, but the style and set up of this one makes cleaning it easy and stress-free!
I am so glad I was able to test this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel! I know what wedding or new home gift to give to my friends and family now!!!! This Braun Hand Blender is a MUST in every kitchen!
