Blender for Family fun
on August 9, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two year old helps me in the kitchen with the hand blender. She can mix things we are actually going to eat or grind Cheerios for a baby friendly sand box. The Braun blender lets you squeeze the button with only one hand. My old hand blender requires holding the unlock button and the blend button simultaneously. This is an extra step that prevents me from multi tasking and makes it impossible for a child to use it to help out. My daughter helps me grind the beans for my coffee every morning. We also used it to blend pudding for my husband’s birthday cake. It caused a bit of splatter but was still easier to clean up than using my stand mixer. I was excited to use the whisk feature but I couldn’t figure out how to attach it to the device. I looked in the manual and figured it out. It wasn’t complicated but it wasn’t intuitive for me.
We used the small chopper attachment originally to grind coffee beans. After a few months of use, a small rubber part that connected with the motor fell apart. We now use the hand mixer attachment to grind the beans and it’s actually a little faster and easier to clean anyway. Absolute favorite feature is the one touch button. I can empty the coffee filter while grinding beans, or while supervising my daughter grinding them. I tried to make a smoothie using the hand blender and the ice was too strong. It took a long time and was just not worth it. If there is going to be anything harder than frozen fruit, it’s worth using the stand up blender. The hand blender is easier to clean than my stand up blender. You just pop the attachment off and throw it in the sink. The cord is the right length that it can reach around other appliances but doesn’t take up too much room. The ability to change speeds without using both hands makes it fun. It is easy to cook and experiment with adding more spices and increasing speed all while having a free hand for other tasks.
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me and my family with this hand blender.

Great for Whipping and Blending
on August 14, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this hand blender to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall it was very similar to the other hand blender that I own. It worked really well for blending and whipping. I was able to quickly whip up some fresh whipped cream. Easily blend up smoothies, soups, or add some cookies to a milkshake. Where I had to take some point off was the chopping feature. While the chopping attachment worked really well for harder items like nuts, vegetables with higher water content like onions, ended up less chopped and more mashed into small wet pieces. It was not the time saver I was hoping for when it comes to meal prep.
That said, my main reason to use a hand blender like this is for whipping and blending. The easy hand squeeze to increase/decrease speed is smooth and simple. Blending a soup in a pot can be a bit of a gamble with splash back but with the quick release you can avoid the worst situations. This is something I can see myself using a ton in the winter for soups and even more in the summer for berries and whipped cream.

This hand blender is a kitchen workhorse
on August 12, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled when the Stellar Product Testing Panel asked if I would be interested in trying out the Braun MultiQuick 7 Hand Blender. I loved that it had a whisk option & that it promised to improve the splash back on the stick attachment. My husband was doubtful that we needed another device but this quickly replaced several other appliances. It works incredibly well for smoothies, it can handle frozen fruit easily & takes only seconds to get the perfect texture. I use the whisk attachment every morning to add collagen protein powder to my coffee, its easy to use in my coffee cup & cleans up fast. I haven't used the small food processor attachment very much because the size is a little small for a family of four. Overall I highly recommend this hand blender for its ease of use, clean-ability, durability, its truly a workhorse in our kitchen!

Great Hand Blender
on August 9, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Braun MultiQuick 7 Hand Blender to be a great blender. We primarily use it to make soups as my husband makes an awesome asparagus soup that we all love. The immersion blender attachment really blends well and results in a very smooth consistency. He actually prefers the Braun blender to the one we previously owned by another brand. This immersion blender provides a smoother product with the up and down motion on the stick, splashes less and is easier to control the speed with their SmartSpeed button where you just squeeze more to speed up. It’s dishwasher safe too so it makes cleaning up easy! I used the small food processor to make some broccoli pesto for my toddler as it’s a good size for something like that but not big enough for larger meal prep really, and I used to the whisk attachment to make some whipped cream. But overall we just mainly use the immersion attachment which we love. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this great hand blender to try out. We found it superior to our old one for sure.

Broke after 3 uses
on August 8, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the concept. The one hand speed change was nice, although holding near the speed change wasn't the best place to hold to effectively blend. The first two times the blender worked, but on the third use the motor burned out and stopped working. We were using the blender as directed so there was no reason for this. I received this blender as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What i like about this set is it is easy to assemble and take apart, doesn’t create much mess while being used and it is compact that it doesn’t take much space in your kitchen. The Braun MultiQuick Immersion Hand Blender provides a smooth and consistent blend and has easily attachable/detachable tools.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overly Complicated Product
on August 12, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Multiquick 7 Hand blender is certainly a unique product. I tried the various attachments but primarily used the whisk attachment. Normally this is something I would do by hand, and yes, this was quicker and less tiring. It was also pretty easy to clean. Since everything detaches from the motor, I wasn't worried about getting the wrong thing wet. While in theory the speed being adjustable by just squeezing the button harder is nice, in practice there was a fairly steep learning curve. I found it hard to maintain a steady speed without random bursts. This can easily result in a mess. Also, some of the attachments are made (in part) of a thin plastic. To me it seems like it could break fairly easily. The main annoyance I have with this product, however, is simply how complicated the instructions are. The instruction manual covers multiple similar products - initially I thought I was missing some pieces because of how it was laid out. Then once I had that figured out, I had to spend quite a while figuring out how to put it together before I could finally use it properly. I honestly think this is a product that looks really cool, but once you bring it home it sits on the shelf because you don't have the time or inclination to figure it out every time you want to use it. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the chance to review this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blender is high-powered and works perfectly! It was fast and efficient and didn’t leave any lumps in my sauce. The appliance itself feels sturdy and nice and I love that it is easy to clean and store. I am so glad that I got to test this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
