All in One!

This functional unit is awesome and perfect for my home gym. It doesnt take up a lot of room, comes with sufficient weights and attachments for me, and even a bench. It is awesome to work all areas from upper to lower body and getting in also the abs when learning the different exercises you can do with this one piece of equipment. The weights and cables move with ease, and weight selection is very easy. The app also has on demand courses that will help you learn different exercises amd routines to do with this FT1. It was relatively easy to put together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My entire family has been using it to help shed the pounds brought on from sedentary lifestyle during the pandemic. The weight stack is smooth, attachments are very high quality, and the app provides solid instruction.

If you compare the price to the features received, you will probably buy this gym. If you try it out and experience the smoothness of this gym, you WILL buy it. This is the smoothest and easiest to operate gym that I have used. The Lifetime warranty is an added bonus.

Tight space? No problem

Tired of going to gym and waiting your turn to use equipment? No more. You can do all kinds of movements. At your convenience! Can't sleep? Get a lil workout in. You'll rest like a baby after. Early morning, lunch time, whenever! The FT1 is ready when you are. I would recommend.
