Absolutely beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Bosch refrigerator is top notch! We upgraded from Kiychen Aide, and love the clean, no handle look. The interior is spacious; shelves and door trays are very easy to adjust. The Wifi is quick to alert us when a door or drawer is not fully closed. We absolutely love this new kitchen addition!

Wrong Design-for this HIGH End Model

Last December, we proudly brought home a high-end refrigerator—sleek, modern, and supposedly built to last. For months, everything seemed perfect, until one day we began hearing strange cracking sounds from inside the fridge. At first, we brushed it off, not knowing where the noise was coming from. But as days passed, the sound grew more frequent, almost as if something inside was under pressure.
Then one afternoon, while simply opening the fridge to grab a bottle of water, we noticed it: the glass shelf had shattered. No one had dropped anything heavy, no one had slammed the door, and certainly no one had hit this expensive appliance with anything. The glass had simply broken on its own.
We stood there puzzled and disappointed. Why would a premium brand like Bosch use glass so fragile that it could break without any impact? A refrigerator is meant to hold food, not cause unexpected surprises. It left us questioning the quality and design of something we once thought was a top-tier product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
