Model number not listed for warranty registration

Lifetime warranty on the screen protector is great but when I tried to register mine the site doesn’t acknowledge the model number and it’s not on the product dropdown list.

Although I purchase Belkin products, this is the 3rd UltraGlass blue light screen purchased that lifts up after awhile. I’ve had Apple apply the 1st one when I bought my new phone; I applied the last 2. After 2 weeks, they all started lifting off my iPhone 15+ and the 2nd one cracked in the corner after dropping on a vinyl floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
