Not very happy

Bought this unit to replace my Kenmore Elite dishwasher manufactured for Sears Canada by Bosch. Needless to say that I am greatly disappointed !!!
- bought it to complete a kitchen set of all new Whirlpool appliances, standalone fridge and standalone freezer with installation kit, slide-in range, and microwave/range hood unit.......and the handle does not even match the other appliances' handles !!
- unit has a small scratch by one of the handle mounts
- very noisy, at least 3 times noisier than my old Kenmore Elite unit. I don't know how they ever tested this to be 44 db noise level......
- to top it all off, the unit's door gasket leaked, even with the unit properly plumbed and leveled

Now I see why you always send this "please comment e-mail" even before the unit is delivered.
Time to test the Best Buy policy that they are "not satisfied until the customer is satisfied"........
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
