Does not work with Surface Pro 5

This adapter did not work with my Surface Pro 5 even though the representative insisted that it would work. I ended up buying the 102W Microsoft branded adapter and that worked fine.

I have purchased 3 of these in the past year at increasing prices each time. The product works for a while and then stops. The packaging says there is a 1 year warranty but the company will not respond to emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing this Surface Charger and am disappointed in Best Buy for selling it.

Broke in less than 1 year, box says 1 year warranty but no contact info for the company and Best Buy has not been helpful. Unimpressed.

My cord shorted on the original surface pro charger by Microsoft. When I used the Genius replacement surface charger, it worked just as good as the original. I am very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!
