Perfect chair for a perfect price.
i had an old mezzo v2 that started to wear out after 3 years of constant use being a home worker.
i took the opportunity to move to this supersoft model as i needed something more confy and also resistant.
As usual the build quality is high, price with the discount compared to other brands is also way cheaper menaing i could buy 2 of these for the price of 1, i would have expected the arm rest to be more confy but the extra supports do an excellent job!
if you add on top the feet rest it's now a perfect setup!

Honestly one of my favourite gaming chairs ive owned. One year on and its held up fantastic, no issues at all. Super super comfy and the fabric is a much nicer alternative to leather so you dont stick to it!

Well the chair arrived today in a massive heavy box.
Started putting the chair together and lost one of the back washers inside the back section of the chair, I said a few words under my breath.

Sadly there is no extra spare washer and bolt, so I had use one of the washers that holds one of the arms due to they don't have much weight on it as the back, so it should last until I get / find another washer.
So for now the side covers will need to stay off till I get or find a new washer.

Also the pair of white gloves were a tad bit small / tight for me, but managed to put them on.
Instructions were easy to read and follow so that was nice :)
Then 20 mins later...

Commande du fauteuil VERNAZZA SOFT FABRIC #AZ15590 pour un cadeau d’anniversaire, ce fauteuil a tout de suite fait son effet de haute qualité avec de nombreuses fonctions très professionnelles et surtout très utiles ! Avec un confort digne du nom de la marque !
Après quelques jours d’utilisation certaines pièces ont montré des défauts et des faiblesses , j’ai donc pris contact avec le service client et (Gustav ) s’est occupé de moi ! Il a su écouter et répondre à chacune de mes questions et trouver une solution à chaque problèmes ! Cet employé de chez Arozzi est très très fort dans son domaine ! Et est doté d’un professionnalisme bien supérieur à la normale
En claire je suis satisfait !

A chair that met my expectations and beyond!

A really good chair I have to say. Read several reviews and they all said that this one is the best right now, and they were not lying. I had a Swive chair before this one, which was really good, but the comfort on the Arozzi Vernazza is on a total different level. I love the rocking chair function!
To KarenQ: The wheel is under the chair! It took me a while to figure out what this wheel under the chair is for. But if you turn it in either direction you will get more or less resistance on the rocking function.
All in all, a really good comfortable chair. The only thing I would love to see is 4D armrests. There are other Arozzi models that have 4D and not only 3D, so I would have expected that for the price one is paying for the Vernazza that one would get 4D armrests. Would love the to be able to move them horizontally, but it is not a dealbreaker as the comfort and other functions are really good. And you can feel it is good quality as well. The Swive would make noises when moving around in the chair, I weigh around 85-90kg, so it is not so heavy. But in the Vernazza there are no noises or other indications that the parts used in the chair are not of quality.

Delighted with comfort - question about rocking function

I'm absolutely delighted with my brand new Vernazza which was delivered on Friday. It certainly lives up to the reviews I read before ordering it. My only question regards the 'rocking function'. I cannot find the adjustment wheel mentioned above so I can set the desired resistance. Could somebody be so kind as to send me a picture as I'm probably. missing something really obvious. Many thanks in advance.

Good comfortable office chair

After using the Vernazza Soft Fabric 4 month now, it´s definitly a good chair for the office. Sitting about 9 hours in this chair is no problem. Was a good choice. Only 1 star deduction, as the chair slowly starts to squeak. Just ordered a Verona Soft for the homeoffice. Hope it´s comfortable as the Vernazza.
