We work night shift at a hospital, and have been searching for the best chair for our kind of work. We ordered 1 chair to test it - and almost imediatly we ordered 11 more, so we have one each.
Maybe this chair makes us the luckiest night nurses in the world, maybe the only nurse-team sitting comfortably on gaming chairs. Specially happy that the back rest goes so far down, we can streach out our back, and it is super for power naps. The only negative remark was that the arm rest is very short.
After searching for a year I am convinced Arozzi Soft has by far the best ergonomic features, and I would recommend this chair to anyone. No more back pain for us! :)

VERNAZZA SUPERSOFT is the second armchair I've purchased. Always GREAT.
Simple to assemble and precise in the joints. Just be careful when assembling. Maybe the plastics are a bit light, but otherwise it's 5 stars.

great and comfortable chair. feels robust and good quality with the exception of some plastic details such as armrests which feel very plastic and cheap and poor quality for a chair in this price range. therefore it only gets 4/5 stars from me. but otherwise very satisfied.

As always(this is our 6th chair from Arozzi) the Vernazza series does not disappoint. The fabric on the SuperSoft Vernazza is so cuddly that you could just grab a blanket and call it “bed”. The ergonomics are great and the 4D arm rests lets you position your arms in every imaginable way. The overall quality is great - apart from the plastic covers on the sides of the chair that hide the mechanical parts… These could easily be improved to the match the quality of the rest of the chair(hint Arozzi!).
Overall I’m very satisfied with both the chair and the, as always, excellent service from Arozzi!

PS: If you come from an older Vernazza model, this one will be tad harder to sit in, but to me it also feels the firmness benefits the posture.

very comfortable, very good build quality. bought because I have training as a web designer and have a disability in my arm. since I have this chair it is much better. the memory foam cushions are really good. the price may seem expensive but compared to pro equipment it is 4 times cheaper for better quality. I have it in brown color which is not too gamer and goes in all interiors. the fabric is really nice. in short, for me a very good purchase.

The Almost Perfect

I had a great experience and the chair is the most comfy seat I have ever had the pleasure of using. The only thing I had issues with is the right cover of the backrest mechanism arrived broken, otherwise I am over the moon for this chair.
