Amazing product and service

This chair is amazing. Bought it for my partner as he's WFH. The delivery was super fast and easy to track. The chair itself is high quality, soft velvety fabric, and great lumbar support. The assembly was easy. Took us less that an hour to complete. It is a bit heavy tho. So, if putting upstairs would recommend bringing the part up piece by piece.

good evening ! the chair produces an annoying smell for the first three/four days but at the end the material is very innovative and soft; at the shoulders the sitting is close for a large man. During the assembly one piece didn't work correctly but the assistance was excellent: overall the vote for this product for me is 8 (scale 1-10).

Best chair so far

The chair was very easy to assemble. The only point I'm still not really sure about is the lumbar cushion support, but that is personal . I move it up and down quite much during the day to fit my comfort. Same as I change the position of my back rest during the day to fit my need. That's what I love about this chair, you can adjust almost anything to your preferred position. And the soft fabric makes it so you can sit on it the whole day through. This chair is well worth its money. My knees don't ache, my back doesn't ache, my shoulders are not tense after a whole day of sitting. In short; best chair I've had so far.

I bought two of these Chairs recently for myself and my husband, My husband found the assembly reasonably straightforward, though he disliked the Cheap Hard to fit (without breaking) Side covers for the backrest fittings, a significant oversight on such an otherwise sturdy and expensive chair, he felt a magnetic fitting one would have been better.
Our only other issue is with the 4D Armrests in that there is no way to lock them at the angle you set them to for your arms and as such every time you get out of the chair they swivel out of place. and have to be readjusted, making them a pain in the behind. An oversight as the Armrest has Buttons you have to hold in to move the Armrest forward or sideways and a latch you need to pull up to adjust the height which all work as intended. One more button to lock the armrest in the position to suit the angle of your arms, so the armrest was solid would have made all the difference, and not so wobbly would have Got Arozzi 5 stars.
They are very comfortable, well-built (apart from the above mentioned) and we like them very much.

Ich muss zugeben, dass mir Arozzi in keinster Weise bekannt war. Erst durch eine umfangreiche Recherche zu Gamingstühlen bin ich durch einen reinen Zufall über einen Bericht zum Arozzi Vernazza gestolpert. Da mich der Bericht angesprochen hat hab ich mir die Sache mal näher angesehen.
Nach kurzem Stöbern dann augenscheinlich gleich fündig geworden. Der Vernazza Supersoft schien perfekt. Zudem ließ er sich individuell besticken. Gesagt getan. Rein in den Shop, Bestickung ausgewählt und Bestellung abgeschickt. Lieferung nach sage und schreibe 5 Werktagen. Das muss euch erstmal einer nachmachen. Und noch dazu ein astreiner und extrem zuvorkommender Kundenservice. Definitiv Daumen hoch. Der Aufbau gestaltet sich dank der Videoanleitung in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Bestickung sauber und ordentlich. Sogar extra mitgelieferte Handschuhe für den Zusammenbau. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es leider für die Blenden der Lehnen. Hier bestehen die Blenden leider aus Plastik und die Haltenase ist sofort verbogen, weshalb die Blende einseitig nicht mehr vernünftig hält.
Gesamtfeedback: Ich würde hier jederzeit sofort wieder bestellen.

très bon siège avec quelques détails à reprendre

Je passe d'un Vernazza simple de 2018 (le similicuir s'épluchait et l'assise était tassée) à ce Supersoft.
impressions globales:
-Evolution du pied de plastique à métal! Très bon point!! plus fin, plus joli, fait mieux fini.
-La texture: excellente, on ne glisse pas, c'est beau et d'un confort sans reproche
-Le coussin lombaire, non attaché au siège: bonne idée. j'aurais cependant inversé le plis de la fermeture ZIP (la tirette dépasse de la doublure et vient marquer le siège, si le pli était vers le haut, la tirette serait maintenue dans la doublure.
-Les appuis pour les bras: totalement réglables, un bon point! MAIS: ça bouge de partout!! trop de jeu en position verrouillée (tous axes) et ils font très "bon marché" pour un siège de cette gamme...dommage. (notez aussi que leur position maximale vers l'avant reste trop reculée à mon goût; surtout si vous utilisez le coussin lombaire)
Packaging: bien protégé pour l'envoi, notice claire, envoi rapide: impeccable.
Un très bon siège comme habituellement chez ce fabricant. des améliorations souhaitées mais pas de regret concernant l'achat.
