Best chair I've ever had

The chair is put really nicely, you can feel the quality. For the first week, the fabric had a weird smell but it's gone now after some usage. It's wasn't really that unpleasant. The chair is really comfy, not too soft and not too hard. My only gripe is the height of the seat. I'm 195cm and I've set it to the lowest possible setting and I still sit a little too high for my desk. Putting the chair is easy, even when doing it solo. Overall I highly recommend the Vernazza Soft Fabric.

Hi the chair is well built and very comfortable but there should be some type of padding on the armrests, but overall very well made and worthwhile

Fantastic chair

I was surprised by the price of shipping and its speed, chair arrived in a few days since my order. All was well packed, easy to assemble and i do enjoy the comfort of my new chair everyday, especially these days while working from home because of pandemic. that is why i invested more into more expensive model but it was totally worth it!!

It's so comfy!

It was delivered with no problems and assembled just as easily. I've been enjoying it a lot.
My only issue, is noting to do with my chair. But with my back. it turns out that the lumbar support pillow is a bit too big for my back. It's not something I knew when I ordered the chair, so even if there had been options to choose a size, I wouldn't have known what to pick.
But it would be nice, to now, have the option to buy a smaller one.

VERNAZZA SOFT FABRIC - Soft Fabric Blue

The packing was good and the chair arrived in good time and in good order. Assembly was straight forward and the instructions easy to follow. Once assembled, the chair has been a delight to sit in being both comfortable and supportive. I use it for working at home (I am a software tester) and alternate sitting and standing, though if I spend a bit longer sitting than I should, I do get uncomfortable and need to remind myself it's time to stand up! Overall, really well satisfied with the chair.

Gloriously comfortable, with only a tiny complaint

The weight and quality of the materials gives you confidence when building and it's certainly a comfortable chair! The fabric is warm in the winter and far more comfortable than leather when it's hot!
My only very minor complaint is the screw covers to either side of the seatback don't always lock in properly, so when you recline they can pop out and expose the bolts below. Not an issue for me but if you're a streamer/broadcaster, it could look rough.

Comfy chair and great customer service

I'd been looking for a replacement for my battered and broken 5-year-old DXRacer chair and had narrowed my options down to either the Noblechairs Icon or the Secretlab's Titan. In the end, I was worried by reviews of both of the chairs that the seat cushion was too hard and it was then that I found the Arozzi Vernazza.
I'd never heard of Arozzi, but the chair looked to be exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price so I took a gamble and ordered one.
I'm glad I did, the chair is a perfect fit for me, I'm 187cm tall and 105Kg, and it was around 20% cheaper than either of my original choices.
Customer service has also been excellent. There was an issue with the tilt mechanism not locking in position so I contacted Arozzi. they not only sent me a complete new tilt mechanism but also sent a new gas lift just in case I had difficulty removing the old one.
