Pure Holiday Delight!

For the past few years, I have been putting together a Lego winter village each Christmas season. I like purchasing the sets, but I am also trying to include some MOC designs as well. I love the new Alpine Lodge set for its fun elements like the outhouse, the frozen pond, and the texture of the lodge itself. I love that the Lego Group found a way to make it actually look like a cabin!
I plan on building my own little ski run next to the Alpine Lodge this Christmas. I have been a fan of Lego since I was a young boy. Now I'm in my 30s and I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy it with my daughter as she gets older. I feel that this will be a fun Christmas tradition for years to come!

The outhouse is a creative addition, and kudos to keeping the price steady! I feel this holiday set beats last years, but the Gingerbread House from several years back is still my winner thus far. Keep those creative juices flowing Lego! 👏

I loved building this set! The fun little extras had me giggling every time! Loved the TP in the outhouse! The squirrel and bird were a cute addition. The only thing I found was that on step 173, I ended up taking out the grey brick and moving the arm attachment to where the grey brick had been so the roof would close correctly. Other than that, it was a fun build!
