2 Laptops and a desktop later, still no computer!!

I purchased 2 laptops at different stores, at different times, with basically all Asus parts. Both laptops with 4090s etc. Both very expensive. 1st lasted 4 days and didn't turn on after the 5th day which I returned, and 2nd lasted about 30 days and then stopped working totally which I returned. I then built a desktop with Asus parts at a Micro Center, and it lasted 22 hours, so Asus. I'm horrifically disappointed. Especially since you have a monopoly on the Chip and desktop world, and I have to use your tech and chips. So my desktop, is my last attempt, that I had to build with Asus begrudgingly due to Ai development I'm working on, which I can't work on, because I have to return it as well, hoping micro center can fix the problem.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last. This laptop not working suddenly after 2 months of usage is a random problem. Usually, you will do the following to resolve the issue. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still blacks screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Additionally, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings allowing the unit to power on and boot up successfully. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged.


If the problem persist after doing the troubleshooting tips, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately.
