[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second dishwasher in this model I have had. It is a great little inexpensive dishwasher that works great. No need for all the bells and whistles. I love Whirlpool products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace a Whirlpool that lasted 22 years! Of course the last one was top of the line, but I can't afford that. This model is a good product for the money spent. The only thing I don't care for is the silverware holder. It's too big. I hope it lasts just as long as the last one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ivy been using my new dishwasher for about a month and so far it's quite good. Not the quietest but acceptable. My only real complaint is with the cutlery rack. The pockets are rather large and they allow too much movement. I've had to rewash some items several times and there are always pieces that need wiping.
One thing I really like is the Jet Dry container, this is the first dishwasher that I can actually see how much is left!

Bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new home included two of these dishwashers, however, both machines don't turn off or shut down when any of the cycles finish. I tried to get some help from the manuals, service support, etc. but I didn't get help and the "manuals" don't explain this kind of point. The service center told me that I needed to contact a third party and they could see if this was a normal function or if maybe both machines have a defect. In other words, you must manually cancel any cycles once finished by pressing the cancel button.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

25 days to get a repair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that nobody reads these, but here I go anyway. I purchased on December 10. Stopped working 5 days later. Called for service and hoping now that it will be repaired on January 20! I know that there were holidays, but for a brand new dishwasher, you would hope there would be a sense of urgency. Bought my wife a new dishwasher to ensure good working during the holiday, but instead has been washing by hand through Christmas and New Year, and now probably through Martin Luther Kings birthday! When It is actually working, I can do a review on how well it works.
