Had to repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installing washer, recirculating pump was bad. Tried to call service 3 different times. Absolutely no luck with them. Found my problem online, ordered pump and now I have installed the new pump and it works great. If anything else happens to it, I’ll just replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a good quality washer like my previous Whirlpool equip. I like the controls better and the upper-lower washer arms. But give me a year. I previously had an Frigidaire dishwasher and within a year I had door latch issues. And replaced it 3 times in 2 years. I finally replaced it with this Whirlpool. I would comment that the installation instructions were a bit weak related to sound proofing material and water hookup, and the electric cord strain relief clamp was inadequate. Had to modify.
