Great looking but performance lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful appliance! However, the cleaning has not been great. We’ve had issues with dishes getting clean (and we pre-wash them before putting in the dishwasher) and also with them being completely dried. I also have tried using the extended dry feature but most dishes still have to be dried with a towel. Unfortunately, it came with the house so there’s not much we can do about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with rack structure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to be able to line up my bowls efficiently... now they need more space in between. Also, I was able to set a timer for starting the wash. I guess I'm stuck with this new one which isn't as efficient

Washes well but drying is bad, and other problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in the last month, used 3 times so far. Very quiet, washes well, but drying, even boosted, doesn't do well at all. Have to leave the machine open to not only finish drying dishes but to evaporate water inside the machine so it doesn't turn moldy or musty smelling. Top rack has decent placement; bottom rack placement is a challenge. Doesn't hold plates well, and bowls of different sizes are quite difficult to place and not bang around. Silverware basket is huge, takes up too much space. We remove it and use that spot for larger shallow bowls, and use a smaller silverware basket from my old GE dishwasher, which machine I actually like better in the long run and was 32 years old when it started leaking at the door bottom and got replaced. That machine washed and dried better than this new one til the day it got hauled away!!! Regarding the stainless steel door front, no matter what we use to clean it, it looks streaky and mottled. ALSO, under the door at the floor, there is no panel covering the bottom of the machine. You can reach up under there and feel wires and perhaps some insulation. This is unacceptable and must be addressed by either Whirlpool or our local retailer, HD. We paid for professional installation, and we don't trust that this is what we got. It would be nice if someone from Whirlpool actually read this review and contacted us to provide real solutions and remedies after what this dishwasher cost us. Because of the various issues, we don't recommend this model of dishwasher. Especially when the cost, plus delivery, installation and removal just about doubled the price of the machine. AND, don't get us started on what happens when we try to replace the water filter on our recent model Whirlpool refrigerator........
