Works with one significant pain point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher looks very nice and does it’s job well. I would have given it five stars except for issues with the lower rack. It never rolls in smoothly. The lower rack consistently hangs on the rubber seal and has to be lifted over that rough spot before it can be rolled the rest of the way in. It’s a constant source of irritation. Otherwise, I like the new dishwasher.
