Just started using my new dishwasher . After the second use, opening and closing the door is very loud a squeaky. Sounds like the plastic is rubbimg on the metal. Does a good job but not liking the noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was in the new construction home we just purchased- it seems to do a good job of cleaning with an average amount of “pre-rinse” prior to loading. It is reasonably quiet. I don’t love that it is plastic inside. I use liquid detergent and a rinse-aid rather than pods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old dishwasher because it wasn't drying the dishes, & my new whirlpool doesn't dry the dishes either. Very disappointing! The whirlpool is harder to load & doesn't hold nearly as many dishes, (the bowls can't stand upright) , therefore I'm having to run the dishwasher more frequently, using more soap pacs, rinse aid & water..
I replaced my GE dishwasher with the Whirlpool because it wasn't drying the dishes, but the Whirlpool doesn't dry the dishes either. Very disappointing! It doesn't hold nearly as many dishes & is much harder to load, so I'm having to run it more often, therefore using more soap pacs, rinse aid & water. I've wondered if the dishwasher was installed correctly, as the upper tray won't stay out when it's open. All in all, I wish I had never replaced my old dishwasher or at least done more research before purchasing this Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
