[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it once since installed. Find it lacking. Several dishes i had rinsed before putting in, were still dirty!!! Had to be rewashed (by hand). The lower rack seems limiting in capacity - if I put large mixing/serving bowls in the back, there is limited room for full-sized plates in the front. This one replaced another Whirlpool, that "failed after maybe 17-20 years of use. I thought this one was similar, but I did not expect dirty dishes after a regular wash cycle!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing!

Good value and no complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our old WP unit that was basically the same. Old one lasted 7 years. Very happy with the new one so far especially considering the price. The racks are nicer and more functional. Seems a bit quieter than the old one and we have no complaints about noise. The door could be a little easier to open but that’s minor. Overall a very good unit for the cost.

Very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave a 4star rating because my last whirlpool dishwasher lasted 15 years and I loved it, not just because of it's longevity, but because of it's design. The silverware basket was located on the door which made more room for dishes. I'm sure I'll get used to the new one but I loved my 15 year old workhorse.
I would recommend this to a friend!
