Not real happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know everything is about Energy Consumption, but this, like so many new appliances, is taking to long to do it's job. The panel is very small & hard to read (for older people) I have had to put it on heat dry to get everything to dry properly. The dish rack is terrible. My bowls fall over, the cups don't lean over enough to dry the bottoms (they are not deep either).

Not the Best
on September 4, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month. Not the best I've ever had, though. Didn't know that there was a setting for the rinse aide. That was never in any other dishwashers I have had in the past 49 years. Trouble with not all dishes being clean. Door inside not the best design ~ closing it, the soap dispenser catches the top rack. Dishes I have used for many years do not fit comfortably in the same spaces ~ not sure why this would be since the dishwashers are all the same size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the lowest priced whirlpool dishwasher and didn’t expect to like it as much as I do. It’s quiet, cleans dishes well. I miss my old whirlpool but really like this one more than I thought I would.

Average dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Average dishwasher.
A good thing about this is that it is actually quiet when in operation. But so many lack of design. Hard to arrange utensils as the spacing is poorly designed. The cycles does not have a timelines. it is very hard to find the cycle times of different cycles (still didn't find it). I guess Whirlpool itself doesn't know. I wonder they relied on the Chinese manufacturer to design it for them so that their workload is less. Typical American. There is no delay start, which I think should be a basic feature these days. The buttons are too hard to press for operating. I am stuck with this because it seems like my builder wanted to get budget appliance and Trail appliance wanted to get rid of these models.

Lasted 14 Months

Died at the 1 year, two month marker. Need to replace the motor. It’s outside the warranty period, and to have the motor replaced would cost double what I paid to buy and install it. So now this will end up in a landfill.
