[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the air fryer option on the stove top. It makes frying easier and healthier.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the range and oven have excellent features. The range has convenient features I like such as one of the front burners can be used for either a small or large pot, and the knobs are located on the front. The oven heats quickly and cooks evenly. It also has several baking options including convection and air fry, and as the oven is preheating it reflects the current temperature as it's heating. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a convection oven, and who prefers the knobs on the front.

Ease of Electrical install is disappointing
on May 2, 2024
Posted by: acot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comprehensive list of "Tools You Will Need" in the Install Guide is incomplete: The access cover for the terminal block requires a Star Tool (not sure what size). The ONLY possible indication that MIGHT be discernible in the install guide that a Star Tool is REQUIRED for install is an enhanced picture showing a side-shot of the screw. The attached PDF picture was enhanced to 800%, and it's still hard to tell -- and still contains no information as to what size Star Tool is required.
While a bracket is provided for passing the electrical cable to the terminal block, which is angled to allow two different orientations for two different sized holes, both orientations provide minimal, if not inadequate, space for the strain-relief bracket to be installed properly, as the holes are positioned too close to the vertex of the angle. In any of the 360 degrees of orientation of the strain-relief bracket, some part of the strain-relief bracket runs into the back frame of the stove itself, stymieing proper strain-relief installation.
The terminal block screws themselves are aligned directly in a line, but spaced apart far enough that the distance from the cable hole to the center screw is about 1/2" shorter than that of the other two screws. Standard stove cable wires (not included with stove purchase) have a gauge that is too stiff to absorb this extra length of wire. Consequently, if the cable wires come with ring connectors, the wire to be attached to the center screw forces the ring connector to bend, weakening its connection.
All of this is disappointing as I had all of the indicated supplies for installation the moment it came through the door, and the electrical install should have taken 5-10 minutes. Instead, it required acquiring an extra tool, modifications to ensure proper installation (neither of which were directly indicated by the instructions), and an unnecessary amount of extra time.
After installation, the range and oven seem to work well enough so far (2 weeks).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new and haven't given it a test drive. The interior seems smaller than other ovens I've had.

Great Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, preheats quickly and cooks evenly. We have a Frigidaire Refrigerator that has done very well, so we thought we would try this range. We are very satisfied with our purchase. We are looking to purchase a dishwasher soon and washer/dryer set next year. I highly recommend!
