Very straight forward and easy to use the only thing is we have switched with one with a number pad and this model only have the up and down arrows to adjust temperature and time so we are still getting used to that.
I really like the design, Top glass is shiny and easy to leave finger prints, but easy to clean. Air Fryer option is awesome but too bad it doesn't come with the gill that I had to buy separately and a bit costly. Pre heats fast and cook fast, what a difference when comparing to 'conventional older model'! Dashboard is easy to set options, timer and cooking temperature (can be change while cooking)
I have been using it for about a month now. It's stylish and functions as expected.
Cons: 1) The surface is VERY susceptible to scratches, the second time I used a frying pan, the surface was left with a couple of scratches. I had a Maytag range for over a decade that never once had a scratch. I was honestly shocked at how easily it was left with a scratch. 2) Should come with the air-fry basked when selling it as an air-fry oven 3) Front knobs turn easily and could be considered a hazard if you have children 4) The "new" smell when using it has taken longer than expected to dissipate
Pros: 1) Looks stylish 2) Stove top works as expected, no issues with heating anything up 3) Oven works as expected, normal heating time 4) Was able to wipe the bottom of the oven clean easily when there was a bit of overflow from a dish
I have mixed feelings as the surface glass did disappoint me and makes me almost scared to cook on it due to how easily it is damaged. It's a fairly standard range in how it functions so no complaints for its core use case.
I picked this one mostly based on the location of the knobs as I thought it de-risks having to reach over a hot surface to adjust, plus it looks nice but then there is the risk of knob turning by accident as they turn fairly easily.
The glass scratching may be a sign of the times for how things aren't built as well as they were 15 years ago but perhaps it's unique to this unit/brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall very good stove... no problems since purchase (2 weeks so far). Only minor detail that bugs me is that both the smaller elements are at the back. I have to stretch in to stir while using a small pot... which I often do. There is also a 'warming' element nestled between them but frankly I don't think it creates any heat at all. The bottom storage compartment is also very small. Does not hold as much as my previous stove. First time owning a ceramic stove top. Only complaint is it is difficult to keep clean. I still think coil stove tops – where you can be super aggressive and not worry about scratching or stains not coming off – are superior ovens.
The first thing I noticed is how easy it is to read and understand the manual that came with the stove. I have only used the oven a couple times as I just purchased it but it is unbelievable. It cooks so evenly. I have used the top burners a few times and to my surprise and delight it seems impossible to boil anything over , which to me is amazing as my last stove was not as accommodating. I think it has something to do with the equal heat on these burners on my new range.
