Ok, but still smelly!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago. I did the pre-cook off to get rid of plastics and smell. The problem is it still smells weeks later. It's really bothersome. Oven works as it should, but convection oven is a pain to use.
