This particular model of laptop is marketed as a highly capable high end business laptop with many various class leading attributes and accordingly has a high value price tag to match .
Unfortunately despite one of its advertised attributes as being a high resolution touch screen display ,they completely failed to inform potential customers that this model of laptop which is specifically targeting business users and students cannot be used to take notes as the screen will not work with any model of stylus pen !!!!!!!!!
IT IS MARKETED UNDER THE HEADLINE “ HP DRAGONFLY G4 13.5. TOUCHSCREEN BUSINESS LAPTOP “
I don’t think there will be a lot of happy business customers who want to minute meetings and take notes who will be very impressed when they find out that TOUCHSCREEN BUSINESS LAPTOP won’t work with a stylus pen !!!!!
I cannot believe that HP are so naive as to believe that both students and business men and business women would not have the need to take notes at meetings and lectures
The very omission of any hint or advice that this laptop cannot be used in conjunction with a stylus especially given the target market and the high end unit price is purely negligent and bad marketing practice .
I have since discovered that there older and cheaper Dragonfly model the 360 is the only one that you can use a stylus with therefore these newer more expensive models are actually a backward step as far as business users and students are concerned .
The laptop is fine but rather expensive for waht it is. The keyboard is a bit clunky compared to my previous laptops. Also it is light on ports. It is no faster than my previous DEll. Annoyingly HP brought out a new range within a couple of weeks of my purchase which may have suited me better
