Use frequently, has enough power, more versatile than corded. Lighter than rival saws. Love it.

One For All

I've used this saw to cut several different materials, wood, PVC, branches, and metal. The saw performed well and made clean cuts. Battery life was good; I don't have any huge projects but have never had to recharge or change batteries. The saw checks all the right boxes for my projects around the house.

This has been my go to since the pandemic. I use it for projects around the house, tree limbs, and even breaking down large cardboard boxes so they'll fit into my recycling bin. Never had an issue with it and its still going strong. I would highly recommend this saw.

My neighbor has one of these. He helped me trim some things and when I saw how easy it was with this trimmer, I decided I needed to get my own.

Great for off-grid

This is a great tool for off-grid living. I can cut small branches off of the scrub oak to create paths and firewood. I also use it to rough cut boards for my deck. The battery charges slowly but surely. I do wish the battery had an indicator to let me know how much charge is left. When it dies, it's done and sometimes my blade is still stuck in a board. Otherwise, this is a great little tool!

a really nice battery powered saw

This is a very handy saw. Because of its size and weight it's very easy to manage even when cutting stuff overhead or on a ladder. High speed, and with a premium carbide tipped blade it cuts branches and roots very well. It struggles when trying to cut 4" roots buried in clay, but I use a 6 AMP corded reicprocating saw for those situations. Like most Recips, this one does vibrate but not any more than other saws in its class. I usually just use a 2ah battery, again, for ease of use and light weight.
