Didn’t work out of the box

Took this out of the box today, motor runs, tube will not draw in water. Brand new battery didn’t help.

Save your money. The pressure is actually less than a hose

Planned to clean porch furniture. We hooked everything up correctly. Good battery. Pulled water through. Adjusted nozzle back and forth. Then suddenly stopped pulling water. Machine was running but nooooo water. Ugh! And there's no troubleshooting instructions.

All I can say is if you can get the job done in 4 minutes buy it. Otherwise buy 6 or 7 batteries your going to need them. All the battery products I've used suck the batteries dry in minutes. DO NOT BUY!

Was doing well then just stopped

I was cleaning our siding and it just stopped. I just assumed the battery was dead. We have many batteries because we have many different black and decker battery tools. I tried multiple batteries and still nothing.

VERY disappointed!!!

Battery lasts less than 5 minutes on a full charge and gets extremely hot. I have two batteries and at this rate it will take me a week to clean my porch railings.

Less pressure than the hose

Despite the other reviews I was willing to give this model a shot since I don’t have the need for an industrial grade washer. Unfortunately the other reviews are dead on. I’m not sure whether the issue is the battery or just a poorly designed model, but fresh out of the box it sends water at a slower pace than the hose - even on a full battery. How long before Black and Decker (a name I previously trusted) gives up and pulls this model entirely? Would really appreciate an email to troubleshoot.

Works as expected

I use this for cleaning the car in in the winter with the vehicle in the garage. It works great for this purpose and is not a replacement for a normal pressure washer. The pressure is low but meets my expectations for a battery powered washer.
