There’s a lot of ears out there

I purchased the QC Ultra Earbuds recently but I was frustrated with the tips and bands not fitting well enough to even pass the simple seal test, which became my benchmark. I like Bose products. I’ve purchased a fair number of their products, so it was doubly frustrating because I felt like the Ultras didn’t meet my expectations of a good Bose product. I tried every variation of ear tips and bands with no success. But, before I shipped them back to Bose I tried the XS and XL tips and bands. I ended up with the XL’s. They passed the fit test, they provided first rate NC and immersive listening, all of which I put to a real world test on a 3 hour flight to Seattle. I’m very satisfied with the results and would recommend this product to anyone as one way to get past the frustration of not getting a good seal right out of the box. I’d suggest, finally, that the XS and XL tips and bands be part of the initial offering. There’s a lot of ears out there.

Nice but no match

Be nice if you could get them in the color of the ear buds. We have the blue and only able to get black sized fittings.

Good Upgrade but still not Perfect

This alternate sizing kit does offer some additional sizing options for comfort and fit. However, in my opinion Bose should create an alternate sizing kit with wing tips like on the Quiet Comfort. Those offer the best comfort and are more secure that any of my other BT ear buds and I have models from (4) manufactures in addition to Bose.
