The best tree tool I own

After purchasing my first alligator I immediately bought a second one. I’m 79 and disabled but with this wonderful saw I can easily work on maintaining my grove trees that I can reach on my mobility scooter or cane. I’m actually going to purchase a third one so I can get someone to help. Last Christmas I gave one as a gift to a friend who helps me when he has time. I really like my “alligator”. Thanks B n D

A GREAT TOOL!

I actually have owned the 18volt version of this tool for 4 years and the only yard tool I have used more often is my lawn mower. I have a one-acre lot with several large trees, crepe myrtles, etc. I am constantly having to deal with pruning large limbs/trees. This tool is the ticket! MUCH safer and easier to use than a conventional chain saw! No gas to mix, no starting cord to yank (over and over and over....), and the bar guard protects against against accidents. The question, however, is "How does the saw cut?" All the safety features and convenience don't mean much if the saw does not cut well. The answer is "YES!" The saw cuts great! After many, many hours of use I have sharpened it once and have not had one bit of trouble. And no problems with lack of power. I am planning to convert it to the newer 20 volt power system when my 18v batteries finally bite the dust. Could not be more pleased.

This is the safest trimmer I have ever owned. The battery life is excellent. It does such a fine job. I highly recommend it.

Camping Firewood

I take this tool with me camping and gathering and cutting firewood is a cinch. No gas needed, no electricity needed. one charge cuts enough wood for several nights.

My wife got me this a few years back & I was disappointed because I didn’t ask for it. Was I wrong!! Bushes, shrubs, small trees- I use this all the time!

I love that it is battery operated. I have a very large yard and sometimes have to go into the woods so don’t want to drag a cord into there. Battery stays charged and the power is great.
