Worked decent at first

I bought this system and installed it in July of 2022. In November of 2022 the two cameras mounted at my entrances stopped recording any events. These are the two in the system you can speak through. Another of the cameras infrared light no longer works. I've done the recommend updates to the firmware for both cameras not recording and nothing has changed. The cameras that are still working, work fine Very disappointed especially with the amount of money spent on this. The app is useless if you are away from your home, good luck trying to play any videos back or even seeing a live feed of your cameras.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this camera system since my current system's DVR stopped recording after 5 years of service. I am very pleased with this new system and all of the included features as well as the great video quality. The tech service department was very helpful with assisting me regarding all of my questions and concerns.

I purchased this product, it does not record, the box says it does but I’m being told not I have to buy a hard drive or another Dvr with built in recording, why is it called a Dvr if it doesn’t record

This is a DVR with customizable storage. The box details that a HDD is sold separately. A hard drive is not included with this particular model, which gives the customer the opportunity to customize it based on their recording needs and/or install their own existing hard drive. The DVR is working great. Only have one negative comment. The unit supports 10 cameras. I am using 6. I cannot find a way to disable the other 4 unused cameras and they fill one third of the TV screen with unused blank camera spaces. Other than that a good security system.

I bought a little over a month ago and had to wait to give a review after using. These cameras and system is exactly what I was hoping for. My live streams are extremely clear..and night vision is good so far . Playbacks are great ! Easy to install!
