The only issue I had was actually with the long haul shipping company. They did a great job, but their tracking software was less than informative. I was trying to coordinate help in setting the TV up and was very interested in tracking when it would arrive. As an example the shipping company just listed “received in terminal.” Unfortunately, it did not say where that terminal was so there was no way to judge the progress of the shipment. In all this is a very minor issue and I need to state that the TV arrived in perfect condition and that is the most important aspect of a shipping company. The only Sony shortfall is the Bravia cam that I purchased. I was fully expecting the resolution to match the TV and it is far short from that. It functions, but the directions on setting it up are less than desirable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
