Just purchased 2 days ago as I am looking for something to help remove gel polish. According to the product info the grind/smooth head is supposed to do this….it doesn’t!! Not very powerful and if you put any prey on head it stops. Didn’t hold charge well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost loved it... until the charging port on bottom pushed inside the machine! Now it cant be charged :(

Waste of Money!

I bought this product because I have many other Flawless Beauty products that I absolutely love. I purchased one and didn't even get to use it once. I plugged it in to charge and the light never went off. Found another one reasonably priced so I bought it and same thing. Plugged it in to charge and it never charged. What a waste of money as now I have 2 products I can't and haven't been able to use!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I first bought it I loved it only had it for about a year and used maybe four times and then it just stopped working

Well I got the rechargeable part and the charger but it didn't come with the heads. Very disappointed
