[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this I was so excited to use it. However, when I tried to charge the battery (2 hours as stated) it would not charge at all. I know it was getting power because it works when it is plugged in, but with the short cord it is difficult to use it that way. The item is very nice looking, the handle is easy to use and the light is great to really see where you are using it. When using the attachments I discovered this: The shape & file one chopped up my nail so bad it was uneven and ragged. The grind & smooth one completely fell apart when I used it the first time. It peeled off the base and is totally useless now. The other three polish and prep ones worked very well and the cuticle care also was fine. The main thing is the three parts I mentioned that are not what I was anticipating. I can still buff my nails but have to keep the item plugged in. It is a shame that this product came this way as I have some other items from this company that I have been happy with. It is possible I received a defective item and am just disappointed it is this way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely amazing. I have been practicing doing acrylic nails with it. Would definitely recommend for those who do their own nails or do nails out of their homes. Absolutely perfect 100%. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has all the attachments needed to care for your nails. It gives amazing results on hands and feet. It is very easy to use. Removes ridges on nails and does a nice job on cuticles too.

I bought this about a month ago and it worked pretty well until it stopped spinning and it would only work after I plug it in for a second and then unplug it. But now it just doesn’t work.

Stops working randomly

I bought this electric file on two different occasions and both of the tools still light up and accept the charge but randomly stop working for good! Not worth it.

Garbage. Not enough power to even press against your nails. Stopped working completely after 4 uses. There's a reason it's inexpensive.

I received one of the nail ones and it’s the first time I’m using it . So I have been charging it for over 2 hrs now and tried to see if it would turn on while still charging/ and unplugged it as well to see if it would work and nothing ?

Motor stopped working

Used this drill 4 times and after last full charge motor will not run but the lights still work. I really liked this and am so disappointed
