I bought 3 of them, 2 of them were defected, and I got them replaced. This product do work very good and I recommend it.

Love it but need a replacement head

I have had this tool for a couple of years and love it!! In my instruction manual, it states that I can purchase replacement heads for it on this website. Can someone direct me, I need a replacement Grind & Smooth head.

1st use = Amazing // 2nd use = BROKE!!!

Use one time and it was amazing! Worked great and was excited to use it again except when I went to try to use it, it never worked again. It lights up but won't spin. I've tried everything to fix it, even preformed a "deep charge" of 48 hours and still nothing. So disappointing. I would of given this 1 star if I hadn't of live it so my during my single run so I had to give it an extra star for that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't hold charge

From the time I bought this item it hasn't ever kept a charge, I have to keep it plugged in just for it to semi work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked off and on . Doesn’t hold its charge . Now doesn’t even at all .
Complete waste of my money .
Not fair when you pay money and it only last a couple of times .
Very disappointed .
