Never worked, wouldn’t charge (manicure drill), but pedi worked wonderful!

Charged as directed but never worked. I was excited to find it because I have other Flawless products that I love but this one is a huge disappointment ☹️

Stopped working after barely 15 minutes of use

I bought this, charged it, and got to use it maybe 15 minutes before it would randomly shut off on me while using, and not it won’t work at all. Absolutely do not recommend.

Weak Motor

Was so excited to buy this! But, after a couple of uses, the motor is too weak to operate. The instant I make contact with my nail, it stops. I’ve charged it fully and it still isn’t working.

Used about 3 times in 6 months before it stopped working suddenly. Charged it and still wouldn't turn on.

Wonderful portable drill when it does work!

I’ve had it for about 6 months. I loved it so much, up until last month when it randomly started stopping in the middle of filing my nails!

Why would you discontinue replacement heads?

I used my Mani once. The file head is completely used up. I see that you no longer sell replacement tools for your products. Now I have a working file that I can't purchase a head for. This is the reason for my 1-star review.
