bad charging cables

I have purchased two of the Finishing Touch Flawless salon nails and both of the charging cables do no fit the instruments which leaves me unable to charge it. It charges once and then i am unable to charge it again. Son I purchased the 2nd flawless nail set and the3 same thing happened

The device is a game changer but yes also EXTREMELY sensitive. My charging port has already loosened and fell inside the device making it a paper weight and it hasn't even been a week
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this in February, it’s great however now I need new heads. I read they don’t sell or make them anymore. Why? Thats dumb.

I purchased the flawless electric nail drill. It lasted about three months and I loved it at that time then one day I tried to use it. It seems like it needed charging so I plugged it up to charge it and it has not worked since three weeks ago, I am frustrated because I would like to do my nails, but in order to do it now I would have to purchase new drill because even after having charged for two days straight, it still does not work it lights up but no vibration. the Drill head will not turn. I wish I could get my money back or A replacement drill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my mani. I've had it for several months and it works great. It would get a 5 star rating if I could purchase replacement bits. I thought I might be able to use the bits from my dremel. However the post of the dremel is too thick. 😉
