Love it but won’t charge

I’ve now purchased two of these, and both won’t charge. The first charged up the first time used it once, and no longer charged after that. The second one never charged from the get-go. The light turned red while charging, but would malfunction and turn off and never fully charge enough to turn on at all, so I didn’t get to use the second one ever. I’m a little tired of the back-and-forth so I’m not sure I’ll go get another one. I may just try a different brand.

I use this on myself and my husband's feet and his were some ruff tough feet and now their smooth as silk!!!!!

I used my daughter's and it was the best thing so she bought me one and i would've given a 5 star it worked great then mine broke very disappointed because it was the only thing that worked

It worked for about 6 months and just stopped. It would not charge waste of money.

I bought this a few months ago. Used it 5-6 times. Attempted to charge it..the red light was on and I went to check on it. Nothing!! I used it the night before. That’s it!! 🤷🏻♀️
