Tool won’t recharge

I bought this tool and first time I tried to recharge it failed. Light came for a few seconds then went off. It won’t recharge. Useless.

It stopped working during the first use. I was able to finish one foot and then it just stopped. It's unfortunate, because it worked great until it didn't....

I bought this 1 week ago and used it twice. It is an excellent tool and works magnificently. I have very dry feet and my feet have NEVER been so soft and smooth EVER!. Well worth the money. If there were 10 stars I hit ever one of them. Giving as Christmas gifts this year. Bravo to the company!

I loved it at first! The best thing I've ever used! Until today. It won't turn on or take a charge. After a few seconds, the red light goes off and nothing. Just dead.

Not a very good product. Have had 2 and the newest just stopped working and was still charged.
