When it works, it does a great job. It doesn't stay charged long enough and now I can't get it to charge at all now.

Stopped working

I bought this a few months ago and it only worked for approximately a month. I have charged it and it still does nothing. When it worked it was great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quits taking a charge

2 of these now that won’t charge. They worked great initially despite not holding enough of a charge to use on both feet but then stopped taking a charge after only a couple of uses. Very disappointed after reading so many reviews that state the same. Should be required to fix their products when it’s a known issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only worked one time

I used it for the first time. Worked great until the battery needed to be charged. Charged it and it never turned back on since.

stopped working once power drained. Tried charging with original cable and a different one. Won't charge or turn on now. Only used once, very disappointing

Bad product. No battery life.

I received this product yesterday and discovered the battery only lasts a few minutes. I have checked all the ports and assembly and everything is as it should be. I have fully charged the battery a few times since and still only get a minute or so before it dies. I do not recommend this Finishing Touch Flawless in the slightest!
