Won't Charge

After receiving my flawless pedi as a Christmas present, I couldn’t wait to use it! It was awesome! Files my calluses and makes my feet look as though I just stepped out of a salon. Only problem, it won’t charge! Third time I used it and went to charge and won’t! Very disappointing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed that it stopped working

I bought it about 3 to 4 months ago it won't hold a charge when plugged in the red light stays on for about 10 seconds and then shuts off. I would like to know what's going on with it can it be fixed or is it a loss cause?

I bought this product a couple months ago, and it worked amazingly. Then I went a week without using it, plugged it in to charge, and the red light keeps turning off and it won't charge. It won't even turn on. And reading the comments I'm not the only one this is happening to. Would love for the company to replace the product and fix the issue everyone is having. When working it's a fantastic product.

I have several of your products and the shaver and pedicure products no longer work. I’m so disappointed because I loved both tools. Have had both items for several months and enjoyed using them.

Not happy with this product bought it got two uses out of it does not work don't charge NOTHING WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BIY ANOTHER ONE

Well it worked good once

Just recently bought this and being with the flawless brand I thought it would be great. No longer have packing or receipt. My mistake. It literally worked perfectly one time. And now when it is plugged into the charger it doesn't charge and the indicator light does light up. It's once use was great, disappointed in the fact that it will no longer work
