FLAWED new tip! Gets HOT! You Ruined it!

Had 2 older slightly wider tip kinds: LOVED! & had bought many for gifts & recommended to EVERYONE. I will NOT be doing any of this again. Just tried out my new one & it gets very hot because it has to work harder to do same job. Should be an option rather than changing design entirely! Not big difference surface 3/8” down to 1/8”, but heat is not only uncomfortable, & can’t be easy on device. I have 2-3 of everything you have made even 3 of old Yes’s. Have always loved, but this new tip is FLAWED not Flawless!

I purchased one of these and it never worked. Your other products work better but this did not work at all. Maybe if was defective not sure but waste of money

Gets the job done but not as efficiently as I'd like. Doesn't get as close or precise to get an accurate brow line without chopping too much; at least for me....

I think I may have expected too much from this device. It works as its supposed to, I suppose. However, I found it a little difficult to get exactly what I wanted to get with it. My tweezers are still necessary.
