I love the product BUT they do not offer replacement tips for this product so you will need to buy a new one every time yours gets dull. Very disappointed in this since they do offer replacement heads for all other products.

Had 2 older slightly wider tip kinds: LOVED! & had bought many for gifts & recommended to EVERYONE. I will NOT be doing any of this again. Just tried out my new one & it gets very hot because it has to work harder to do same job. Should be an option rather than changing design entirely! Not big difference surface 3/8” down to 1/8”, but heat is not only uncomfortable, & can’t be easy on device. I have 2-3 of everything you have made even 3 of old Yes’s. Have always loved, but this new tip is FLAWED not Flawless!

I purchased one of these and it never worked. Your other products work better but this did not work at all. Maybe if was defective not sure but waste of money
