I recently purchased this level 1 charger to maintain a charge at home because Tesla Shop couldn’t send me a charger after a 3 +weeks of waiting. This charger works well out of the bag and very straight forward. The only limitation i see so far is that it does not auto open the charge port door on the Tesla. Not complaining just a limitation.
When i ordered it and tried to use the Apple Pay the 5% discount was removed for some reason. I email their customer service and was contacted within 24 hrs and had the issue resolved in 48 hours. I was quite impressed with their responsiveness and their quick actions. The service is just as important as the product and both seem to be great — the Tesla Shop customer service is absolutely horrible. I am looking to get a level 2 charger now and think I may be going with a Lectron vice a Tesla as I know the quality of the product i am receiving and someone will be on the other end if I run into any issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great charger!

I received my preorder about 2 weeks ago. The unit is compact, light and comes in a nice travel pouch. I can keep this in the trunk without ever noticing it is there. I have found myself using it most when I'm at work since I can just plug it in and forget about it. I'm gaining 40-50 miles of range while at work. I do appreciate the 15 amps of charging power while most other level 1 chargers tend to be about 12amps. I couldn't recommend this product enough.
