[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this light in many applications. I got it to use camping, but I have ended up using it under the hood of my truck, on my kayak when it gets dark, and I set it on the ground and used the strobe setting when I got a flat. It is very water proof. I haven’t submerged it, but living in northwest Washington, it is almost always wet. The battery life is also amazing. I love that I can use it to charge my cell if needed.
