This is a genuine user review from an audiophile. I had used Sonos Era100. Bought by mistake. Sold it too. Sonos move was so expensive even though both sound similar. So either u save money on soundcore or regret later with other products. Listen for yourself. Dont skip this one.
I can tell you, sonos dont even stand a chance. I hardly listened to Sonos even though I had it for a month. It just sat on my bedroom. But Soundcore X600, I loved it as soon as I played it. Even on low volume it plays good music. I should also mention the finish of the product. Its Amazing. It has LDAC option,you can turn it on on the app, with 6 band equalizer adjustment. Even my wife approved this was worth spent money.😀. She loves it too.We carry it wherever we travel. Amazing Portable speaker. I have not seen anything better so far on this category. Great work Soundcore. Thank you!

Love my speaker!

I bought my Motion X600 5 months ago and loved it, it has a really great sound and bass, I felt in love with my speaker and using it all the time, while working, when cooking out in my backyard and even when going to take a shower and love sound quality on any situation...just noticed that when over mid range volume it stars loosing bass the higher the volume but not a big deal as I don't usually crank that up my speaker volume. The only thing I don't like is that when connecting the speaker to other devices and connecting it back to my phone volume is high to mid and can't lower lower the volume gradually, it goes from mid-volume to 0 and if you turn up the volume a little it goes all the way to mid volume again. I have tried with different devices, with different applications to listen to music and this happens most of the time and the only way to resolve this problem is to reset the speaker by pressing and holding Bluetooth and volume + for a few seconds but it is annoying to keep doing that every time we use a different device. I decided to call tech support and I was really impressed of the fast response of the team, I explained all this situation with a very detailed information then, as due to warranty they asked me to send my speaker and they would ship a replacement one once received and actual process was very easy and fast. Unfortunately new speaker had the same problem so I gave up bothering support team and decided just to deal with the problem. Just because of that issue I am giving 4 starts to this speaker.

Sound dramatically changes with every firmware update (updated)

(Product was bought on a soundcore website.) I was happy having X600, which I bought at a presale. During time of my ownership I got 2 firmware updates. The first one really improved soundstage and quality. And I was really happy with that. Couple of days ago my device received a second update to the firmware version 3.3.2. The sound I have now is really disappointing as some of the songs totally lost a bass even with bass boost option. Customer service refuses to make a firmware rollback and advises me to start a warranty return process which I don't want to do. Please don't update you firmware to 3.3.2 until you are sure you really want some songs to lose a bass. PS I used a standard "treble boost" equalizer preset with "bass boost" OFF and the sound was brilliant. For outside scenarios I turned ON "bass boost" which helped me to compensate differencies in environment. Now even with custom equalization and a "bass boost" ON there is a cut-off and lack of low bass which was good before. Customer service refers to "original" soundcore sound profile which customers love. And yes, I loved your sound profile before this update as I don't like bassy JBLs. All I want is to revert firmware back.
(Updated) Despite the fact that firmware update can change the sound of your favorite songs dramatically, I'd like to highlight the work of customer service which was very attentive and tried to find compromise.
So, I am giving 5* to customer service and 2* to overall project management (guys, it's not all about the money, you should work hard as well to make outstanding product)
