Induction top and convection oven is the way to co

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best stove ever. I've been cooking for almost 60 years, gas and mostly electric. This is so much more accurate, fast and efficient. So far, we have cooked, perfect eggs, perfect pancakes. Stir fry. Mostly used cast iron but also have steel pans. Made whole oatmeal in 1 minute (just leave the lid on a few). Grits in 4 minutes. And the oven, it is amazing, we only wanted a cook top, but glad we got this convection oven. Have made artesian bread, baked spaghetti, broiled seafood, two homemade crust pizzas. Some have posted here you can't bake a pizza, WRONG! use a pizza stone (which you should have any way). Our pizzas had a perfect crust, lightly browned cheese and delicious cooked toppings. Love the auto temp convection setting. Love the timer. Could talk more but gotta take the brownies out of the oven and put in the jalapeno cheese bread, which will be ready in 40 minutes!

Love this Induction cooktop. Oven is just OK.

I bought this range as part of a new build and Ibeen having I wonderful time learning about using the induction cooktop. The oven is not as exciting. It does a good job baking, but the Air Fry setting is a total disappointment. I gave away my Air Fryer beforewe moved as I knew there would be one on this range, but now I have regrets.

Induction and Convection is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month of use. Most amazing stove/oven we have ever used. Love to cook. I have been cooking for 60 years. Gas and mostly electric, always wanted to try induction. Have always used cast iron. Perfect eggs. (not hard, not undercooked - perfect!) perfect stir fry, perfect pancakes! Percolator coffee in about 5 minutes. Stir fry in a steel fry pan. I think the heat is even more accurate than gas. And that is just the induction top! The oven. Have made artisan bread, loaf bread, Broiled seafood, Baked spaghetti. The artesian bread in a Dutch oven was the best ever. And people here say you can't make a pizza! WRONG. Get a ceramic pizza stone, (which if you make pizza, you should already have). Homemade pizza dough, perfect crust, lightly browed cheese and cooked toppings using convection bake. Already made 2 pizzas. I love this thing. Love the auto temp feature for convection bake. Also, it is obvious this thing is energy efficient. I prepared whole oatmeal in one minute on stove top. Grits in 4 minutes. (Just turn off and leave the lid on a few). Got to go I have brownies in the oven and a jalapeno cheese bread rising, ready to bake, (it will be ready in 40 minutes!)

Beware of the bright blue oven interior!

Bought the induction stove. Wasn’t thrilled with the color of the interior. Now I’m really not thrilled because it chipped less than 2 months old and not covered by any warranty.

Very Good Stove But Missing Lighted Display
on December 23, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove and range have actually been working great (2 weeks). What we didn’t realize was this model has no backlighting for the control display. While it’s relatively easy to set the power level for the individual ‘burners,’ we don’t have a bright light facing the front of the stove so one just has to work with it. The temp settings for the oven do light up, but again no lighted info for on/off button. I sort assumed at the cost of this model it would have included easier to see display info.

Induction is awesome and cooktop is sleek!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are coming from a Bosch 800-series gas range, which we absolutely loved, but it bit the dust. We actually purchased an LG gas range first (LSGL6335F), but didn't like the useless center griddle burner which took up 1/3 of the cooktop and the really intricate grill grates (among several other things), so we returned that one and purchased the induction range instead. We couldn't be happier so far, but it's only been a few days.
With induction, you almost have to learn how to cook again. There is no need for anything above medium -- only to sear or boil something in a hurry. The heat feels even across our largest pans. I LOVE the integration with our LG microwave so the fan and light turn on automatically when the burners are turned on.
The LG gas range we returned had the most annoying timer chime, which made me want to return it for that alone -- it was obnoxious. The timer beeps with this induction range are pleasant and can be turned down using the app. I thought not having the digits to enter the time or oven temp would be frustrating, but it's quick to hit (+) or (-) to adjust the temperature. For setting the timer, it is still something I need to get used to.
As others have said, the air fry mode is mediocre. A real air fryer kicks its butt any day of the week. It's really just convection (which we have had for years) in combination with the included air tray. When you do air fry, I'd suggest placing a cookie sheet on a rack underneath to catch drippings.
The oven door closes quietly and smoothly. It's not soft close, but it's just as good, I think. It feels very solid. The electric oven heats up fast and seems to cook evenly as well. Again, it's only been a few days. It only comes with two racks, so we bought a third one to be able to maximize baking capability.
Our pots/pans were well-loved and in need of replacement, so we bought a new, high-quality stainless set and they work AMAZING on this cooktop. The top is really easy to clean, but it will get scratched at some point -- I'm just accepting that fact. But, stainless pots are a great way to reduce those chances. I don't care for the silicone all the way around the edge of the cooktop. It catches lint and crumbs, but does wipe clean when I do clean it.
Love the range. It's like cooking with gas (more instant heat - on & off). The easy clean function is amazing for fixing those small spills. Oven temp is a bit off on the low side but the tech gives me the ability to “permanently” adjust it.
We’ve had the stove for about a month and like it very much. The oven is large and heats evenly. The induction range is a big improvement over our previous electric radiant cook top. The stove is well built and the controls are intuitive.
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Style/Design, Performance
